General Terms and Conditions for Course Activities
These general terms and conditions apply to all courses, training programs, and webinars offered by Trädkontoret AB, Corporate Registration Number 556862-7847, hereinafter referred to as “the organizer,” effective January 2026, unless otherwise agreed in writing. These terms and conditions apply to participants who register as consumers or business owners, unless otherwise specified.
- Registration and Reservations
Registration for a course is binding once it has been confirmed by the organizer via email or other written communication. By registering, you accept these general terms and conditions.
Course-specific information and course instructor
Information regarding who is responsible for the course, a description of the course in question, course fees, any additional fees or costs, and any special terms and conditions is provided in connection with the registration for the event on the organizer’s website, as well as in the course-specific information you receive upon registration or along with your invitation.
No later than 7 days before the course begins, you will receive a notice with details about the course, such as the course schedule, times, the address of the course location, and more. The notice will be sent by email.
- Fees and Payment
The course fee is listed in the respective course description. All prices are listed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise noted.
An invoice will be sent after registration is confirmed, unless another payment method is specified. Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified. In the event of late payment, late payment interest in accordance with the Interest Act and a statutory reminder fee may be charged.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to: boka@tradkontoret.se
If you cancel less than 30 days before the course starts, you will be charged the full course fee, unless otherwise specified.
The spot may be transferred to another participant within the same organization at no additional cost, provided that the organizer is notified in advance. We cannot guarantee that special dietary requests will be accommodated in the event of a late change.
- Course Canceled or Changed
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course in the event of insufficient enrollment, illness of the course instructor, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
If a course is canceled, the course fee paid will be refunded. The organizer is not responsible for any resulting costs, such as travel, lodging, or work time.
- Conducting Webinars
For webinars, participants are responsible for ensuring that their technical equipment and internet connection are working properly. The organizer is not responsible for technical problems that arise on the participant’s end.
- Course Materials and Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials provided during the course are the intellectual property of the organizer or the course instructor, unless otherwise specified. The materials may be used for personal purposes but may not be distributed, copied, or used commercially without written permission.
- Personal Information
The organizer processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). Personal data is used solely for the administration of course activities and related communication.
- Limitation of Liability
The organizer is not liable for any damage, loss, or expense arising in connection with participation in the course, beyond what is required by mandatory law.
- Disputes and Governing Law
Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions. Any dispute arising in connection with the course activities shall, in the first instance, be resolved through dialogue. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled by a Swedish court of general jurisdiction.
These general terms and conditions may be updated. The version in effect is the one published at the time of registration.
